It seems that life has been picking up as the weather starts to cool. I like to make this 20-minute dinner when I am feeling a bit *lazy*.
I start with preparing my chicken breasts. I season with garlic salt, black pepper, and a sprinkle of paprika. (If I am feeling adventurous, I will wrap a slice of bacon around it.) I then preheat the oven to 425.
While the oven heats up, I prepare the rice. My go-to is Rice-a-Roni. I like to pair this dish with some steamed broccoli.
Bake the chicken for 18 to 20 minutes, flipping halfway through.
After the 20 minutes, you have a delicious and nutritious meal to enjoy.
PS: It also heats up really well for packed lunches.
